Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Pre-order, made-to-order, or special-release items may require additional processing time. Any product-specific timeline will be stated on the relevant product page.

Processing may take longer during product launches, holidays, severe weather, or other especially busy periods. We will contact you if a significant delay affects your order.

Shipping Within Canada

A2A BABY ships within Canada.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, order contents, and available carrier services.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Remote or rural destinations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping to the United States

A2A BABY ships select products from Canada to eligible destinations in the United States.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout. Some products may not be eligible for shipment to every destination because of customs, carrier, manufacturer, or product restrictions.

Cross-border shipments may require additional customs processing, which can affect delivery times.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to duties, import taxes, customs-processing charges, brokerage fees, or carrier fees.

The treatment of these charges depends on the product, country of origin, destination, and shipping service. Where applicable, charges may be collected at checkout or handled through the selected delivery service.

Customers should review the final order and shipping details shown at checkout before completing their purchase.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

A shipping-confirmation email will be sent after your order has been handed to the carrier.

Tracking information will be included when it is available for the selected shipping service. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your confirmation.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery dates or timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays may occur because of weather, customs processing, service interruptions, high shipping volumes, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside A2A BABY’s reasonable control.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

If an address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been transferred to the carrier.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges resulting from an incomplete, inaccurate, or undeliverable address.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a package appears to be delayed, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and assist with a carrier inquiry or claim where appropriate. Carrier investigations and claim decisions may require additional processing time.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage

Please keep the item and all packaging until our review has been completed.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We will do our best to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy, if eligible.
