Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 4–5 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Pre-order, made-to-order and special-release items follow the timeline shown on the product page. During busy periods, preparation may take longer; we’ll contact you about significant delays.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery in Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, Mississauga, Oakville and Etobicoke.

Select Local Delivery at checkout when available for your postal code and order. We’ll contact you to coordinate delivery. Eligibility is based on our configured postal-code zones; if the option does not appear, email threetinies@gmail.com for help.

In-Store Pickup

Select pickup at checkout when available. The current pickup estimate is usually ready in 24 hours; pre-order and special-release items may take longer.

Please wait for your ready-for-pickup confirmation before coming. To arrange a pickup time, email threetinies@gmail.com with your order number and preferred date and time.

Canada-Wide Shipping

We ship across Canada, including all provinces and territories. Our current shipping rates are:

Free shipping applies to Standard shipping. Available options and your order’s qualifying amount are confirmed at checkout.

Transit time begins once your order is handed to the carrier. Remote destinations and carrier delays may require additional time. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email, with tracking when available for your selected service.

U.S. Orders

We also ship select products to the United States. Available rates and options appear at checkout. Customs processing, duties, import taxes or carrier fees may apply depending on your order and selected service.

Please check your address before placing your order and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. Changes may not be possible once processing or shipping has begun; extra shipping charges caused by an incorrect address may be your responsibility.

For a delayed, missing or damaged package, send your order number, a brief description and relevant photos. We’ll help review the issue and assist with a carrier inquiry where possible.
